
These white chocolate and Irish Cream pastry cups are so easy to make and taste absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
- 6 or 7 store bought mini shortcrust pastry cups
- 1 bar white chocolate (approximately 100 grams)
- 1 tablespoon Feeney’s Irish Cream Liqueur
- 3 tablespoons double cream
- Cocoa powder to garnish the cups with
Method:
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave.
- Mix in the double cream and Feeney’s Irish Cream Liqueur
- Pour into each pastry cup.
- Sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top of each cup.
- Chill for 2o minutes in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
