- 1 glass Oat Milk – I used Alpro Oat Original
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 flapjacks (make these beforehand in a batch as they are great for snacking on too)
- half a banana
- Blitz together the oat milk, honey, chia seeds, banana and cinnamon.
- Pour into a glass and top with the flapjacks.
