Breakfast Freakshake



 What better way to start the day than with a breakfast freakshake! I have used oat milk in my recipe but you can substitute this for normal milk or other types of milk if you wish.


  • 1 glass Oat Milk – I used Alpro Oat Original
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 flapjacks (make these beforehand in a batch as they are great for snacking on too)
  • half a banana


  1.  Blitz together the oat milk, honey, chia seeds, banana and cinnamon.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with the flapjacks.
