Healthy flapjacks

  Flapjacks are great to make in a batch to keep to munch on and this version is quick to make, and healthy too. I have used gluten free oats for personal reasons but you can use normal oats too.


  • 100 grams Vita Coco coconut oil
  • 100 grams honey
  • 150 grams gluten free oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  2. In a saucepan, on medium heat, melt the coconut oil, and mix in the honey, cinnamon and oats.
  3. Mix well and then transfer to a baking dish, greased and lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. When slightly cooler, slice up into squares and pop them in a tin so they keep longer.
