This is super quick to cook (5 minutes) and very little preparation required.
The classic version just uses sea salt but I love my spices so here is my version 😉
- Padron peppers (as many as you want but I approximate 5 per person)
- Sea salt to sprinkle over
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
