Spicy Padron Peppers

Spicy Padron peppers
 Perfect for summer when you want to eat something light and delicious as a side.

This is super quick to cook (5 minutes) and very little preparation required.
The classic version just uses sea salt but I love my spices so here is my version šŸ˜‰

  • Padron peppers (as many as you want but I approximate 5 per person)
  • Sea salt to sprinkle over
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil 


  1. In a grill pan, fry the padron peppers until they brown.  
  2. Add all the spices and enjoy!
