You can add them to water and the flavours slowly infuse as the ice melts or you can add them to cocktails or juices. They look pretty too 🙂
They are a real doddle to make – all you need is ice cube trays, a small bunch of Mint leaves and a handful of pomegranates.
Half fill your ice cube tray with water and freeze.
Then add a mint leaf or a pomegranate to each slot and fill up with water and re-freeze.
Voila! That is all! Enjoy 🙂
Tip: You can use other fruit too – whatever you fancy!
Watermelon ice cubes are another fantastic tasting alternative – simply fill each slot with watermelon juice instead of water and add the mint and it tastes divine!
