The Weekend Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

Brunch lovers rejoice! I have the ultimate Weekend brunch experience for you right in the heart of Mayfair, at the stunning Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. Here you will have a brunch like no other complete with Ruinart Champagne!

I was invited to the press preview along with friends Angie and Sima and we had a wonderful time, right from arriving at the gorgeous Amaranto restaurant and seeing the room set up beautifully with live music providing a cheery soundtrack, taking in the wonderful aromas from the  Moroccan Tagine station and marvelling at the incredible double sided dessert table all whilst sipping on a glass of chilled Ruinart handed to us as soon as we stepped in!

The brunch feast is inspired by a field to fork concept with dishes made from locally sourced fresh ingredients.

The menu is split into sections such as seafood, eggs, something light, on the richer side and a fabulous selection of sides.

We were seated in the gorgeous conservatory which had gorgeous sunlight and to start with we shared baby chicory ‘chicon’ with green apple, gorgonzola, walnuts, vitello tonnato with tuna belly, capers and fresh chilli along some delicious sun-dried tomato bread, which was irresistible!

We then headed over to the Tagine live cooking section and I tried some stuffed vine leaves, aubergine with rice and an assortment of dips. There was so much choice and so you have no danger of leaving hungry at all and it is every bit worth it. Calories do not count on weekends after all!

If you are vegetarian or vegan you will be looked after too!

The Mains was full of hearty and soulful choices such poached eggs ‘a la russe with Maldon cured smoked salmon, caviar and mousseline sauce, vegan linguine, roasted artichoke, octopus carpaccio and frittura mista to devour.

My motto is ‘always save space for dessert’ especially when it is a mind blowing selection like the dessert table at Four Seasons London at Park Lane! I have never been so speechless at a selection of desserts as I was when standing in front of all the amazing treats on display, all perfect in presentation, inviting and calling my name.

From bubblegum cake pops to tiramisu pots, a sweet tooth lover’s heaven!

I had the most incredible time and it is fair to say that if you are a brunch lover, book yourself the Weekend Brunch pronto to enjoy stunning dishes rustled up by the chefs at Four Seasons London at Park Lane and crisp Ruinart champagne, a match made in brunch heaven!

Hi, I’m Binny – a writer, dreamer, serial wanderluster and travel addict. I am originally from Kenya but now live in London. I set up this blog to share my experiences eating out as well as travelling.

I love packing my bags and going off on adventures as one of the best things about travelling is the ability to just get lost in it. To set aside the maps and itineraries and just see where the road takes you, learning and evolving and living in the moment along the way.

It’s my goal to get swept off my feet as often as possible.
