Paul Hollywood Bakes

Paul Hollywood is one of my favourite bakers and I love watching The Great British Bake Off just for him! He always makes baking look super easy on TV and every time he bakes something he gets perfect results every time.

I attended a baking masterclass hosted by Paul, where he was giving us lots of tips and joking about Mary Berry and making us all laugh. He showed us how to make brownies and a Garlic & Herb Tear & Share Bread and it was such a lovely way to spend the morning. He is just as dashing in real life as he is on TV!

He has launched a new line of baking mixes which make baking at home so much easier and ensures great results like the master baker himself.

While we were given a masterclass, we had the opportunity to try some of the brownies, which are pictured below. HOW GOOD DO THEY LOOK! They tasted amazing too!

Pictured below is the Garlic & Herb Tear & Share Bread. This was so delicious! Perfect to make for a dinner party or just indulgence at home.

Paul gave some great tips on h0w the mixes can be adapted to add additional ingredients and they are really versatile.

Each mix comes with a easy to follow recipe and they are available in most supermarkets nationwide. The full range is as follows:
