A few of my favourite bloggers and I recently contributed to a fantastic recipe book called Healthy Desk Lunch Recipe Ebook. It contains recipes ranging from gluten free, vegan, egg dishes, and lunch box inspiration. My recipe is Matar Paneer, which is a classic and definitely a delicious comfort dish to have for lunch (or dinner).
I have recently eliminated gluten from my diet (trying my best to) and so the gluten free recipes really interested me.
