Emoji Menus at The Aloft London Excel

Want something totally unique to try in London? 😎 The Aloft London Excel, part of the Starwood Group, has got probably the most exciting way to order a drink or food at their W XYZ Bar – By texting a sequence of Emojis! How cool is that? If you stay at the hotel your room service menu is also emoji led which is so much fun!

I was invited to the launch party of the Emoji menu Aloft TiGi and my invitation arrived by post and was seriously awesome! The invite itself was designed by Ella Masters, and it was accompanied with these amazing emoji biscuits from the Biscuiteers which were so delicious.

On the day, we participated in an emoji biscuit icing workshop with the help of the lovely girls from the Biscuiteers with some fellow bloggers and the awesome Starwood team.

We each had icing bags, biscuits to work from and a sheet which showed what the emojis looked like. It was seriously so much fun!

While we iced the biscuits, we were ordering away from the Emoji themed menu. It was so funky as the bar would text back confirming the order. The cocktails and food were really delicious.

There was also a photo booth on the night and emoji pillows everywhere so we took matters in our own hands and had great fun with a series of different photos.

The emoji led menu at the W XYZ bar is on till February 20th so make sure you check it out! The hotel itself is trendy and cool and has a lovely ambience and is a great place to have a drink or two ordered depending on the emojis that describe your choice.

If you stay at the hotel, you can enjoy ordering a variety of items from the comfort of your room 🙂

Make sure you do check it out and more information about the hotel can be found here:http://www.aloftlondonexcel.com
