My 5 favourite bars in London

My 5 favourite bars in London

London has an amazing and varied range of bars whether it is for a date night, special occasion, business meeting or just catching up with friends.

Here are my 5 favourite, not in any particular order.

  1. The Cocktail Trading Co.

Fun, quirky cocktails served in unusual ways. The bar is hidden away in the West End in the basement of a restaurant with an unrelated name.

If you are successful in finding it, a treat lies in store. The cocktails are so fun and delicious and they are happy to make you special ones too.

It is quite a small venue so make sure you book in advance.
2. The bar at the Dorchester

The bar at the Dorchester is the perfect place to impress any clients, a date or just simply indulge.

While pricier than your average cocktail bar in London, it is not your average cocktail bar by any means.

The cocktails are wonderfully innovative and yummy!

3. The W Hotel Bar & Lounge

This bar is super cool. Perfect as a venue for catching up with friends, it has wonderful (and very comfortable) seating.

It is trendy and located in Leicester Square at the swanky W hotel.

The mojito I had here was one of the best I have had.
4. Smith and Whistle

Smith and Whistle is a fabulous themed bar at the Sheraton Park Lane, in Mayfair.

The theme is based on mystery, detectives and lots of fun.

It had amazing interiors and a quirky concept. The cocktails have themed names such as Sticky Fingers and The Fuzz.

They serve jar food too and the prices are amazingly good for its location.

This is a perfect venue for celebrations and catch ups.

5. The Luggage Room

This is a luxury bar with amazing interiors that has something special about it which I won’t spoil the surprise on.

Just book, turn up and all will be revealed.

The venue is lush, posh and has amazing cocktails and is super comfy.

It is really great for impressing a date or clients.

Hopefully you are intrigued so go on and check it out!

I have compiled this list myself and all views are my own.
